@souleater1994122 In 1962 Kennedy signed an embargo on all (as far as I know) Cuban products, including cigars. That means US citizens are not allowed to import, buy Cuban cigars, even if you are outside of the US.
Be thankful for that embargo, because otherwise the quality of the Cuban cigars would be nowhere as good as it is now.
