What are the best cigar fulfillment warehouses for supplying merchandise for an online cigar related website?

There has been an explosion of cigar websites recently in the U.S. I have learned that most cigar websites don’t actually keep cigars and cigar merchandise on hand, but rather have the taken online transferred to a cigar fulfillment warehouse, which fills the . I am searching for information on the cigar fulfillment companies that back up these web sites.

The largest dealer is J R Tobacco. You would not believe his warehouse. He also the the largest wholesaler in the country. Sells on-line retail through this site.
Another long time dealer is Thompson, They have been around for decades also. Here is the link to their site.
