I’ve built my first Cigar Box Ukulele…sweet!

www.shelleyrickey.blogspot.com This is the first cigar box uke i’ve ever attempted to build and it is also my first webcam movie. (How do people do it? Filming themselves all the time? It makes me shy.) Anyway, i really wanted to film my ukulele. Still needs a bit of work but, it ain’t half bad. Here it is, with a little demonstration to boot. www.shelleyrickey.blogspot.com

@forumrider67 The whole idea behind a cigarbox ukulele is to make it out of things that are recycled or free.

  20. #20 forumrider67 on September 3, 2010 at 4:41 am

its a cool uke but you probally shoulda spent some money on like mahogony or koa wood for the box, its sounds to metalically with just plane wood
