Bin Laden must roll on the floor all day and all night thinking about how his WTC pilots learned to fly IN THE U.S. while Clinton was in the white house playing with cigars.
It’s not like he wanted to. The law allowed for it. There’s plenty of blame to go around for 9/11.

Billy bob did far more than that. He had his nitwit Secretary of State Warren Christopher force the Israelis to release the murderous Islamic terrorists that they were holding, and ATTA WAS ONE OF THOSE RELEASED. Clinton should be held personally responsible for 9/11.
Clinton didn’t know specific names of the people who were going to attack us. If he did, he would have handled the situation. Why wouldn’t he. If he knew and caught them, he would be considered a hero. He gave intelligence and a written document to Bush to handle the situation and what to do before Clinton left office. He couldn’t do anything else. Bush is the one who ignored it. He’s the one with the lousy legacy.
You need to learn something so I am going to recommend a couple of books for you to read. They will clear up all your questions regarding that issue and others. The authors cite their resources so you can see that it is not simply opinion but there are facts to prove what they say.
