i hope u get to read and respond to my comment i picked up the same box of cigars u have and i noticed they are all double capped is this a sign of a fake? cubans are 3 tripple capped i am unsure if it is counterfeit or not any suggestions?

on real cohiba’s there are only 2 lines of the squared above the word “cohiba” that was a sad fake. i just hope this guy learns to do some research before getting had anymore.

@ColinTheCigarGuy they are really fake, which sucks for the guy who bought them. You can tell by the different sizes of the cigars in the box, When they come from cuba they are cut perfectly and all the cigars are the exact same size. sorry bro

@ECheGuevera i will assume you´ve never been in mexico, here is easy to know what you are buying, you tourists always want the cheap stuff, but for a few bucks more you can get the legit shit. Theres is a lot of people who has relatives in Cuba here in México, and they try to earn a few bucks selling legit habanos at good prices. Sorry, but cheap tourists are the only ones that get donkey shit.
@bearblue1980 I can sell you some, i just got back from cuba and i have 2 sealed boxes (25 cigars each), 1 cohiba robustos and 1 montecrito #4 (the ones that Che Guevara used to smoke) bought from an autorized dealer…

I am sorry to give you the bad news… but those cohibas are a great imitation (a great one). The yellow ribon should be stamped with the Cohiba brand and with the phrase “serie 1492″. Also, the color of the tobaco should be exactly the same in all cigars, otherwise they do not pass the QC.
